Students in grades K – 4 learned all about recycling today at Forest Elementary School! Several students also volunteered to demonstrate their recycling knowledge in front of their peers, when they were handed display food items and asked to throw the trash and/or recyclables into the correct containers. The kids did a great job! The assembly concluded with a Q&A session as our curious students asked many questions! #westhavenpublicschools #whps #westhavenct #forest

8th graders in the National Junior Honor Society at Bailey Middle School visited 1st graders at Forest today! Our middle schoolers read books with the 1st graders and completed a book review afterwards in which they described the main characters and discussed why they liked or didn’t like the book. The students had an excellent time!
